**ABOUT THE ORGANISATION**

Fresh Start is a not-for-profit day hospital based in Subiaco. Fresh Start concentrates on detox and developing a drug-free lifestyle. Their unique and comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment approach has helped over 14,000 people and their families out of the vicious cycle of addiction. They are rapidly growing and are now seeking Two Archivist & Records Admins to join the team immediately on a part-time basis (job-share role)

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Practice and Finance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the digitalisation, reducing, archiving, and storing of all patient's medical hard copies with the possibility of potential movement across different areas of the organisation upon completing this task.

This is the perfect step to join a not-for-profit organisation on the brisk of change or getting a feel for the psychological and medical sectors and gaining office experience in the process with the adding bonus of working in a great work culture filled with individuals who believe in providing services to the broader community. - Using the programs of MS Office and MedTech
- Providing support to the organisation by digitalising all past and current records
- Scanning files by the tag and organising them into medical, pathology, treatment and correspondence
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks to meet the organisation's overall objectives._

- Ideal Skills

**_Have: _**
- Have a strong understanding of what is required of them, the paperwork involved and the meaning behind it
- Have a solid knowledge of technology and different computer programs
- Knowledge of documentation and the organisation system used by Fresh Start
- The ability to see errors and adjust accordingly before storage of documents
- Be able to follow an already set in-place process created
- Friendly disposition and empathy for the patients and their families
- Critical attention to detail and the ability to be highly organised and hold yourself accountable
- An understanding of addiction treatments and the aims and objectives of Fresh Start
- Willingness to support Fresh Start's Christian approach and programmes

- Work effectively, independently and autonomously or with others
- Set and achieve daily and weekly targets
- Be able to be calm under pressure and has a "can-do" attitude
- Prioritise and consistently meet deadlines
- Learn new programs and systems effectively and efficiently
