A Bit About the Role…

As our Merchandise Planner, you'll be responsible for the development of merchandise plans and OTB across ranges and staples, proactively managing sales, stock, and profit to deliver top-line KPIs.

You'll play a critical role in forecasting demand, shaping range architecture, and making informed recommendations on product additions, discontinuations, and exit strategies. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations, you'll turn data into clear actions that drive commercial outcomes.

You'll also be involved in a high-impact US 3PL project, helping evolve our ranging, replenishment, and inventory strategies as we continue to scale internationally. This project will influence how we trade globally, so it's a biggie

What Will Keep You Busy

* Developing OTB, and range plans to deliver sales, GP, stock turn, and weeks cover, while continuously improving forecast accuracy.
* Trade & range management, partnering with Product and Marketing to optimise ranges, identify trade opportunities, and make recommendations on additions, exits, and range architecture.
* Optimising inventory, replenishment, and clearance strategies to maintain ideal in-stock position.
* Analysing complex data sets, and providing clear, actionable performance insights to inform trade meetings, collection reviews, and key business decisions.
* Analysing size curve data to inform and optimise buying decisions.
* Prepare royalty reports on a quarterly basis.
* Contributing to a major project enabling us to scale our US business and will shape global ranging and replenishment decisions.

A Bit About You

* You're commercially minded and confident working with numbers and data.
* You have strong merchandise planning, forecasting, and inventory management experience.
* You're comfortable analysing complex datasets and translating them into clear actions.
* You thrive in cross-functional environments and collaborate effectively across teams.
* You're proactive, detail-oriented, and confident making recommendations that impact trade.

Ideally You'll Have

* Merchandise planning experience within fashion or apparel.
* Experience managing OTBs, forecasting, and inventory.
* Strong Excel and analytical skills.
* Experience contributing to trade meetings and performance reviews.
* Bonus points for exposure to international fulfilment or 3PL environments.
