What You'll Be Doing
* Caring for residential lawns to a consistently high standard
* Mowing, edging, and maintaining neat, healthy lawns across Perth metro
* Applying lawn treatments and improvements (full training provided)
* Carrying out lawn renovations including aeration and other improvements
* Providing clients with simple, practical lawn care advice
* Using a straightforward job‐management app to track your day
* Looking after your vehicle, tools, and equipment
What Is On Offer

* $70,000‐$90,000 per year (Based on experience)

What We're Looking For
* Experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscaping, for example:
o Experience in sports turf management highly regarded
o Experience in Greens Keeping highly regarded
o Chemical handling certificates / experience highly regarded
o Golf course greens management highly regarded
* A current WA Driver's Licence
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in your results
* Confidence to communicate professionally and build rapport with clients
* Reliability and a willingness to learn and grow
* Chemical handling certificate (highly regarded)
* Horticulture qualifications or tickets (highly regarded)
