The role
Costa's Renmark office is seeking an
administrator join our Export & Logistics Team on a casual basis. Reporting
to the Export Documents Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating
documentation for the business's export sales.

you'll be doing:
This role suit
someone with administration experience however candidates who are quick
learners, possess computing skills and perform well under pressure are also
encouraged to apply. Strong
attention to detail is critical in regards to the timely and accurate
preparation of export documentation and on the job training will be provided to
ensure the successful candidate's successful integration into a dynamic work
environment.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Process export
documentation to ensure processing requirements meet customer service and
destination Country standards.
* Export sales data
entry into BSM, Caramba and SAP
* Liaise with
Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
* Liaise with 3rd
party export stakeholders as required to assist customer enquiries
* Provide general
assistance in the office and perform other administrative tasks as requested
What
you'll bring to the role:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft
Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams would be an advantage
* SAP experience is desirable but
not essential as training will be provided
