Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Electrical sector.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Switchboard Builders and other customers to identify their needs and develop effective sales proposals that meet those needs.
About the Role
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs
* Work closely with the Sales Manager - WA to set sales targets and achieve them
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key Requirements
* Electrical or Electrical engineering related qualification or experience (highly regarded)
* Strong sales background servicing Switchboard Builder customer groups
* Ability to listen to customers and translate their needs into business solutions
* Exceptional communication skills with strong influencing and relationship-building abilities
* Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
* Effective time management and organizational skills
