**Sales Support Administrator.**
Working closely with the Operations Manger, you'll enjoy a uniquely diverse role where no two days are the same. There is a clear and distinct pathway to develop your skill set and grow with this highly progressive commercial real estate business.
This position has the scope to grow within the team, creating many possible avenues for your future. We are invested in your development and will provide training, support and flexibility for you to gain the skills and experience necessary to reach the pinnacle of your career.
Previous administration experience within real estate is advantageous, but not essential. If you have experience in marketing, account management or have transferable and relevant skills & experience, we'd love to hear from you.
**Your duties will include**
- Preparation of marketing materials;
- Management of campaigns for properties;
- Designing marketing materials such as ebrochures, property guides & social media marketing;
- Reviewing of documentation and correspondence;
- Attending appointments and photoshoots where necessary;
- Communicating and liaising with internal and external clients;
- Social media marketing and strategies;
- Supporting the sales team;
- Database management; and
- General administration.
**To succeed in this role you'll have**
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Experience with InDesign software is advantageous but not essential;
- An exceptional customer service ethos;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Process driven with a strong attention to detail;
- Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
- A focused, driven and motivated personality;
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
- High level problem solving skills;
- Data entry experience;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
