Applications are invited from people with Drilling Stem Testing (DST), Tubing Conveyed Perforation (TCP), Surface Well Testing (SWT) and Reservoir Sampling & Analysis (RSA).The Well Testing Field Specialist accurately evaluates the production potential of a reservoir by conducting well tests. They plan & execute the delivery of well testing by utilizing a selection of specialized downhole tools and surface equipment, to collect samples at the surface. They ensure execution of tubing conveyed perforation with explosives is being performed safely.Roles and Responsibilities:Capture Field Data through Drill Stem Testing technologyTubing Conveyed perforation job design and SPAN modellingPrepare Resources and plan for explosives mobilizationCompliance to local regulations for explosives and radiation usageRemove and Secure ResourcesVerify and Prepare Resources at Product Line LocationDeliver and Archive Final Job DeliverablesDeploy and Position ResourcesEvaluate and Reconcile ResourcesObtain Customer Acceptance of DeliveryPerform ServicePrepare Field DeliverablesPrepare Final Job DeliverablesPrepare Job Invoice Supporting DocumentationOther Responsibilities:Ensures that people, equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job with no deviations from SESS (Specific Equipment and Site Safety) standards and contingency plans in place. Ensures pre job meetings are held with Surface well testing, TCP/DST Personnel, Client and third- party personnel. Is accountable for the complete Service Delivery process to the Client. Executes successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the Client. Recognizes risks associated with the operation and reduces these risks to as low as reasonably possible. Identifies any potential unplanned changes to the job program at the well site and initiates the district's Management of Change procedure(s). Prepares job design including gun planning, SPAN modelling to determine charge performance. Ensures that all well testing employees and contractors at the work site are in compliance with Surface Testing/TCP/DST/RSA Safety Standards and other relevant standards. Ensures that all personnel assigned are competent to drive and/or operate their assigned equipment. Completes all the required pre and post job paperwork and job tickets on time and without errors as per company policies. Ensures preventive maintenance on downhole equipment are as per TLM standards and safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job. Perform CAT Self Assessments to ensure compliance with Surface Testing/DST/TCP/RSA and SLB QHSE Standards. Participates in the District HS&E & Quality initiatives and programs (e.g. SOIM's, Risk Assessments, Quality Improvements, Emergency Response Plan, HSE and SQ Objectives, LPT and SQC). Performs Risk Analysis (e.g. HARC, JSA) before each job or task and identifies & addresses potential safety hazards. Corrects and reports hazards immediately in QUEST or to Supervisor. Develops Technical knowledge in design and evaluation working closely with the mentor. Works with Manager and TDS to prepare for future career options.Qualifications and Experience:Education: Min 2-year Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalentExperience: Min 7 - 10 years relevant experience in Surface well testing, Drill stem testing, Open and Closed Hole sampling, TCP Expert Solutions, Certis, IRDV, Explosives, Radiation, SPT Flow and Data, HSE-2, OFS-2 and OFS-3.Requirements:Reside in Australia and have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore. No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company’s requirement. Ability to maintain, prepare and dispatch of equipment. Ability to maintain high quality of service delivery, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation. Ability to run required services, supervise operations and manage people, interact with clients and other related parties. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential.
