Position: Casual (up to 38 hours per week)

What does a typical shift look like?
Each day is unique, depending on the needs of our participants. Tasks may include:
* Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Preparing meals and supporting participants with nutrition needs.
* Providing light housekeeping, laundry, and other domestic assistance.
* Supporting participants to achieve their goals for independence and daily living.
* Providing companionship and emotional support to participants, engaging them in social and recreational activities
* Manual Handling
* Some behaviour supports (due to acquired injuries)
* Documenting care provided in line with company policies and industry standards.
What we're looking for:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and NDIS Orientation Certificate
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services desirable
* Manual Handling skills (and no underlying conditions to limit manual handling)
* Skilled at developing strong interpersonal connections that create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
* First Aid/CPR
* A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
* Availability over Christmas/New Year period
* Spinal Experience Preferred
