About The Role
In this versatile and rewarding position, you'll work across both the Emergency Department and General Ward, with future opportunities to expand into peri-operative care.
You Will
* Deliver high-quality care to patients in emergency, medical, and surgical settings
* Collaborate with an experienced team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, a Nurse Unit Manager, and Clinical Nurse Educators
* Contribute to a supportive and collaborative workplace culture where professional development is encouraged
* Work on a rotating roster that supports work-life balance and provides variety in your clinical experience
About You
We're seeking a Registered Nurse who:
* Has recent experience in Emergency and either holds triage credentialing or is willing to work towards it
* Is passionate about person-centred care and able to advocate for patients and families
* Can respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations
* Enjoys working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
* Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and cultural respect in all interactions
* Are confident supervising students and delegating to ENs and AINs within scope of practice

* * Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. Please note: if your contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
