The Role
This is a casual driving role completing local and Melbourne delivery routes, where no two days are exactly the same.
You’ll be part of a well‑established, friendly logistics team, representing Gouge out on the road and with our customers.
Your day will include:
* Completing scheduled local and Melbourne delivery routes
* Delivering and collecting linen and garments
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
* Using a driver PDA to track deliveries and manage workloads
* Working closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations
What You’ll Bring
* HR Licence (minimum) – essential
* HC Licence – highly regarded (for coverage)
* Minimum 2 years’ driving experience
* Multi‑drop delivery experience (desirable)
* Strong customer service skills
* Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
* Confidence working with delivery and logistics software
* A reliable, safety‑focused, team‑first attitude
