In this casual role (minimum three days per week) supporting a team, you will engage in diverse legal functions and administrative tasks.
It is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic and bustling work environment.This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a law firm, develop your legal skills and apply what you are studying.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaising with clientsPreparation of correspondence, court documents, statements, and subpoenasAttending court and settlementsLegal research and court filing as requiredExtensive file and document managementProactively managing solicitor and client requests/inquiriesProviding high-level support to professional staff within the teamSuccessful Candidates Will HaveCompleted their first year of study in their Undergraduate University Law degree (preferred)Excellent typing skills with a high attention to detailAbility to prioritise work and manage competing deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamConfident, professional, and empathetic phone mannerStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook skillsYour ApplicationA successful application must include your current resume and a copy of your most recent academic transcripts.If you're interested in this role and what we have to offer, please proceed with your application.
