We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Medical Receptionist to join our established vibrant team at Medicare Mental Health Centre in Lismore on a part time basis (working Tuesday to Thursday). In this role, you'll provide professional, confidential, and high-level reception and administrative support to our team. Your warm and welcoming presence will help create a friendly and efficient environment, ensuring every client receives exceptional care from the moment they walk through our doors.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis :
* Deliver warm, attentive customer service to all clients and visitors.
* Manage incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail across all administrative duties.
* Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to support smooth day-to-day operations.
What we are looking for :
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and / or reception role within a similar environment
* Proficiency in medical software systems (desirable)
