As part of our Learning and Development team, you will design, deliver, and implement technical learning and development initiatives and provide quality, effective and timely coaching solutions that address a variety of business needs.
Your Role
You will work closely with frontline case managers, delivering one-to-one coaching in a live environment, and supporting their continuous learning and development. You will help build confidence, capability and consistency so that case managers can deliver the best possible outcomes. You will ensure case managers are equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes and align with the learning strategy and priorities.
You will be involved in the design, delivery, and implementation of a range of technical learning and development initiatives in collaboration with Medical Management claims teams.
Responsibilities
- Providing the highest standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with EML values
- Work collaboratively with the claims operations teams to support and develop the capability of front-line case managers in our Medical Management teams
- Deliver to the learning strategy and learning priorities
- Provide effective customer-centric service across all aspects of L&D;
- Assist with the structured development of Case Managers to deliver enhancements in case management and customer service
- Develop and deliver individual and group learning and development initiatives as required
About You
- Excellent understanding of relevant statutory acts and associated regulations and guidelines
- Excellent understanding of and experience working within the Victorian scheme claims management operating model
- Proven experience designing and delivering coaching solutions to new and experienced staff in a workers compensation environment
- Strong people skills and confidence to deliver performance-related feedback to business leaders
