What you'll be doing

* Delivering high-quality, holistic financial advicealigned to client goals
* Managing and expanding an existing, loyal client base
* Advising across superannuation, retirement, insurance, estate planning, and investments
* Proactively strengthening long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
* Driving new client acquisitionthrough strategic networking, innovation, and lead conversion
* Contributing to the continuous improvementof our tech stack, advice process, and internal systems
* Maintaining full compliance while always putting the client first

What we're looking for

* Relevant qualifications (FASEA-approved degree or equivalent)
* ASIC Authorised Representative (existing client base a bonus)
* Minimum 2+ years' experienceas a Financial Adviser in Australia
* A relationship builder with exceptional communication skills
* Commercially savvy with a client-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
* A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
* Innovative thinking– you challenge the norm and seek ways to do things better
