About the Role
You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into paying customers for a subscription-based cosmetic repair service. With all leads pre-qualified, this role focuses on guiding prospects through the sign-up process, handling objections confidently, and consistently securing on-the-spot conversions. Comprehensive training, proven scripts, and high-level sales frameworks are provided to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound, warm leads and convert them into customers
* Manage objections and drive urgency to achieve same-day sign-ups
* Utilise advanced sales strategies and structured scripts to maximise conversion
* Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up activity
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
About You
* Experience in BDM, account management, or a sales-focused role
* Strong background in phone-based, high-ticket, or subscription sales
* Confident communicator able to build rapport quickly
* Skilled in closing, objection handling, and value-based selling
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong work ethic
