Our client is a global energy and investment corporation headquartered in the Middle East, now expanding its operations to Australia.
**Job Purpose Summary**:
As the Office Manager, you'll serve as the primary liaison for Business Support functions, including HR, IT, Procurement, and PR. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of office management, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to organizational protocols.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Office Policies and Procedures**:
- Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce staff compliance with HR policies.
- Maintain corporate branding consistency under the guidance of the Group Head of PR.
**Office Operations**:
- Manage day-to-day office functions, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Welcome visitors and coordinate meeting logistics.
**Administration**:
- Execute administrative tasks across HR, Finance, Procurement, PR, and IT domains.
- Contribute to the evolution of local HR policies under the direction of Group HR.
**Required Special Skills**:
- Solid understanding of HR practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills.
