Mimaki is a leading manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutting machines for the sign/graphics, têxtile/apparel and industrial markets.
Responsibilities
1. Providing high level technical in office support for Mimaki products in the region as assigned
2. Resolving and troubleshooting issues relating to software, hardware and configuration
3. Effectively analysing issues and collecting necessary data to resolve support service requests
4. Working closely with other Service Technicians to resolve customer issues
5. Keeping, maintaining & updating customer issues in a call tracking database
6. Participating in conference calls as necessary to resolve customers' issues
Skills and Experience
7. Good working knowledge of networks, PC's, software, and operating systems within a print/scan environment.
8. Solid Customer Service skills.
9. Exceptional communication and time management skills.
10. Attention to detail.
11. Ability to work autonomously.
12. Analytical approach to problem solving.
13. Current Australian Driver's License
14. High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and able to engage customers in a qualified manner.
Experiences are not essential, but applicants with experiences are preferred.
