Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at one of Australia's most iconic golf courses.
This role presents a unique opportunity for someone who lives and breathes golf to combine their passion for the game with strategic sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow revenue through Golf & Sporting Groups segment across markets.
* Identify, manage, and nurture key accounts within the golf, sports club, school, and leisure travel sectors.
* Drive proactive business development through outbound sales activity, lead generation, tailored proposals, and on-site client engagement.
* Collaborate with resort operations, events, and revenue teams to optimize group occupancy, maximize yield, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Represent our resort at golf tournaments, industry trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility and convert high-value leads.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, and report on sales performance metrics.
* Conduct regular site inspections and client meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment with client expectations.
