 
        
        **About the Role** 
Splash Events is seeking, experienced, energetic and reliable **Casual Event Assistants** to help with the setup and pack down of event styling across the Sunshine Coast. This hands-on role involves working behind the scenes at weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations.
**Key Responsibilities** 
- Assist with the **setup and pack down** of furniture, decor, and event styling 
- **Load and unload** event equipment into vans or trucks 
- Following detailed styling plans and floor layouts 
- Transport and carry decor, furniture, and props to and from venues (sometimes over sand or uneven terrain) 
- Maintain a high standard of care when handling event equipment 
- Work a mix of early mornings, late nights, and weekends as required
**What We're Looking For** 
- Prior experience in events, setup, logistics, or production 
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items safely 
- Hardworking with a robust team ethic and attention to detail 
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented 
- Flexible availability (this is a casual role with varying hours) 
- Manual **QLD driver's licence** preferred (for van/truck driving)
