The successful candidate will be responsible for managing drill utilisation and blast crew productivity to meet operational targets, maintaining accurate records of drilling and blasting performance and compliance, leading, coaching, and mentoring team members, conducting daily inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits to uphold a zero-harm culture.
