Job Responsibilities

* Support store operations by implementing processes, including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
* Assist with recruiting, merchandising, and inventory management initiatives.
* Lead customer service efforts and maintain a safe working environment.
* Operate the store in the absence of senior leadership and analyze sales performance to identify trends.


Requirements

* A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
* External candidates should have at least one year of retail experience.
* The ability to read and interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and learn cash register functions is essential.
* Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
