Responsibilities

Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
* Robust knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
* Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer‐focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are advantageous.
