We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and driven person with industry experience to join our Residential Property Management team.
The role is perfect for someone wanting to further grow their residential property management career. With a variety of duties and working alongside the head of the department you'll have an exciting and varied role allowing you to grow.
You will be accountable for:
* Leasing of residential properties, both new and renewals.
* Maintaining relationships with contractors, tenants and owners
* Property inspections (routine, ingoing and final)
* Maintenance and Repairs
* Main point of contact for all tenants
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A desire to develop your skills in property management
* Flexible, resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance
* Commitment to collaboration and teamwork
* Strong attention to detail, work ethic and genuine drive to achieve
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Independent work ethic and understanding of the legislation
* Passion for residential property management
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this position, you will ideally
* Be experienced in property management with more than 12 months industry experience
* Have a certificate of registration or licence
* Enjoy a busy and fast-paced environment
* Have the ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
* Poses exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* Have experience with Reapit, Vault and Ignite Software
