Overview
We're looking for an experienced CRM & Lifecycle Specialist to join our expanding Fintech group in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Queensland.
This newly created, full-time role reports to the Marketing Manager and will play a pivotal role in implementing a new CRM system, shaping campaigns that boost acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. While we would love to see you in our modern office, the right candidate can also work fully remotely.
What You'll Do
* Lead the rollout of a new CRM platform (Iterable) applying your expertise to a pivotal stage of our growth.
* Design, build, and execute omnichannel customer journeys focused on acquisition and retention.
* Own the end-to-end development and optimisation of lifecycle campaigns, incorporating promotional messaging when needed.
* Collaborate across marketing and operations to tailor messaging for segmented audiences and A/B testing.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance translating insights into actionable strategies.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, helping elevate the customer experience.
What You Bring
* 2+ years of hands-on experience building personalised customer journeys and segmentation strategies, across multiple channels.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; CRM certifications are a plus.
* Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimisation and data driven decision making.
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to translate performance data into actionable insights.
* Thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic marketing environments.
* Exceptional copywriting skills for clear, engaging, on-brand messaging.
* Experience with Iterable (or similar) is advantageous.
* Finance sector experience is a bonus!
