What You Will Be Doing
* Leading the team day‐to‐day and keeping work on track
* Planning and allocating workloads to meet targets and KPIs
* Supporting with pick/pack/dispatch and inbound work as required
* Overseeing stock management, cycle counts, and system updates
* Coordinating returns (RMA), stock transfers, and warehouse processes
* Maintaining safety, quality standards, and compliance
* Spotting issues early and taking action to keep things moving
Skills and Experiences

* Is a proactive go‐getter who takes initiative and follows through
* Has team leader/leadership experience and enjoys motivating others
* Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships
* Has pick/pack/dispatch and general warehouse experience
* Holds a current forklift licence and is confident on the floor
* Is organised, reliable, and thrives in a busy environment
* Leads by example and enjoys solving problems and improving processes
* Experience with warehouse systems/ERP is a bonus, but not essential
