Overview A wonderful and varied administration role working for a small, successful company based in Linton, Cambridge.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive administration team of 4 and your role in the team will be to handle all administration needs of the company, your day to day will include a variety of the below as well as assisting with onsite events.
Responsibilities Managing incoming mail, phone calls and any visitorsOversee office supplies such as stationery, kitchen etc.Arrange travel and accommodation for staffOrganise catering for meetingsAssist with processing team expensesLog and respond to sales enquiriesGenerate sales quotations and contract renewalsManaging the sales databaseProcess orders and generate shipping documentationLiaising with couriers and customers regarding deliveriesSupport internal audits and quality assuranceSupport Health Safety compliance Qualifications We need an experienced administrator for this busy role.
Attitude and team work are key in this small team who always support each other within their roles.
