Ensure efficient operations across all departments, including our 24/7 breakdown service and on-site fleet maintenance.
Optimise inventory management for parts and vehicle stock to ensure availability while minimising costs.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all dealership departments.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will have experience working with OEMs, manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders.
