**The Client**
Our client is a well known successful law firm based in Perth. This firm prides themselves in having over 50 years of experience, providing expert advice and an outstanding service to each client. A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Personal Assistant/Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis.
**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and client focused individual to assist three Directors and one Solicitor.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Dictaphone and copy typing
- File management - opening of new files, maintaining records, filing of legal documents
- Drafting correspondence and documentation preparation, editing and formatting
- Coordinating travel and scheduling meetings together with general diary management
- Extensive client and key stakeholder liaison
- Witness documents, scan, copy and bind
- Conducting searches and enquiries
- Preparing and managing the monthly billing process
- Relief reception
- Other ad hoc support duties as required
**About You**
- Be exceptionally organised and be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously, proactively and with a motivated nature.
- Have a strong client service ethic.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Filepro is beneficial but not essential
