Employment Lawyer Opportunity
We are seeking an Employment Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a broad range of employment and workplace relations matters.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on employment law matters, including industrial relations, workplace policies, unfair dismissals, and discrimination claims.
* Assisting with employment-related disputes, including litigation in tribunals and courts.
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies, and other legal documents.
* Advising on workplace investigations, compliance, and risk management strategies.
* Supporting clients with workplace restructuring, redundancies, and enterprise bargaining agreements.
* Keeping up to date with employment law developments and providing thought leadership on emerging trends.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years PQE in employment law gained at a reputable law firm or in-house team.
* Strong communication and client management skills with the ability to provide commercially focused advice.
* A proactive and team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required.
