Reporting to the Registered Nurse in Charge you will be providing quality care and guidance to residents living in our residential home. Moran provides 24-hour RN nursing coverage, so clinical guidance and leadership is always available to carers. You will be backed and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us. You will work with a great team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day. Key Duties: Providing high quality essential care, personal assistance and personal care guidance to our residents in accordance with the individual resident’s care plan. Be part of the night shift care team, working as a team to support resident overnight care needs and preparations for the following day’s shift. Foster clear and professional communication in the workplace, demonstrating respect, adaptability and a thoughtful approach Complete accurate and timely documentation and report information to relevant Nursing, Allied Health and Management as required. Skills/Requirement: Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support Minimum 6 months experience Dedicated to providing a high standard of care and service Good communication skills Ability to work in a team and engage positively with your colleagues Basic computer skills Valid working visa Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination Highly organised with strong planning skills.
