Overview
We are seeking a casual Cert IV Vet Nursing qualified candidate with at least 1 year experience to work at our 5 vet small animal hospital in Joondalup.
Exceptional Cert IV Vet Nursing students will also be considered if they can demonstrate an aptitude for communication and people skills and would be comfortable on reception. We use OpenVPMS and experience in this software would be highly beneficial and regarded.
About the role
The role would be shared between reception and hospital nursing with various shifts available from October 2025 to January 2026. All occur between the hours of 8.30am to 7pm, Monday - Friday and 8.30am to 3pm Saturday, so candidates must be available to work within these times.
Opportunity
While this position is casual, there is potential for the successful applicant to transition into a FT maternity leave reception position starting in February 2026. Potential future permanency may also be available.
