The Service Technician role is a permanent full-time position based in Tolga. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering outcomes to our customers through quality servicing and repair work. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will contribute to team success and expand your skills, enjoying a variety of work, where no 2 days are the same

What we are looking for:
* Trade Qualified Service Technician, with experience specific to agricultural machinery
* 1-2 years of agricultural machinery experience is desirable
* Sound fault finding and diagnostic skills with a willingness to learn technology
* Ability and willingness to work on and maintain a wide range of machinery
* Dedicated to continual learning with a genuine interest in delivering results to our customers
* Candidates with John Deere and/or agricultural experience is highly regarded but not essential
* Australian work rights and valid driver licence is required
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining excellent relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of service and repair work carried out at all time
* Completing diagnostics, repairs and service on John Deere machinery and other agricultural equipment including tractors, balers and harvesters to the highest standard with no or minimal rework
* Complete all documentation as required in conjunction with work assignments
* Accurate and detailed completion of timecards to ensure costs associated with the service/repair are allocated accordingly
* Achieve high labour performance targets of 85% and above
* Follow any reasonable request to undertake other areas of work and/or training
