Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated lawyer to manage a diverse caseload of common law and statutory benefits matters across NSW, ACT, and federal jurisdictions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes in complex and often litigated matters.
As a senior lawyer, you will play a key leadership role within the team, collaborating with senior practitioners, counsel, and external experts to resolve legal and technical issues. You will also contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, and profile-building activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 8+ years post-admission experience as a Personal Injury Lawyer
* Sound technical experience and legal judgement, including the ability to analyse case viability and superior case management capability
* Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of staff and external stakeholders
* A solution-oriented mindset and sound problem-solving ability
* Effective planning and delivery of projects and case strategies
* Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* Technical and functional skills to support others across the team
* A strong team player with a collaborative and client-first attitude
