Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in Administration and Office Support with a range of key responsibilities which may include: Organising internal & external meetings Excel data entry Attend all department related meetings and take minutes Database management Complete, produce & maintain reports in a timely manner Work amongst fast paced environments and high-volume data Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and vendors, handling inquiries and providing timely responses. Prepare and maintain accurate records, documents, and reports for management review. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office systems to increase workflow efficiency.
