Ability Action Australia is inviting soon‐to‐be Occupational Therapy graduates to join our Mid‐Year 2026 Graduate Program. The program blends clinical practice with business, people, and life‐skill development in a supportive, flexible environment.
Responsibilities
* Support participants in the community or clinic settings
* Complete assessments, write reports, and deliver therapy interventions to participants
* Advocate for participants and collaborate with carers to achieve goals

Qualifications & Experience
* Graduating in 2026 or have already graduated and available mid‐year
* AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration

* Ready to make a meaningful difference in participants' lives
* Licensed driver with personal vehicle
