The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Officer (Sexual Health) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH). Our focus is on providing world-class healthcare to people living in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
1. Build relationships with clients, using strong communication and negotiation skills to deliver a highly confidential service.
2. Demonstrate high work ethics and possess the ability to work autonomously, taking pride in your work.
3. Work off-site in various locations as needed.
4. Perform duties consistent with the role of an Administration Officer, including stationery ordering, S4HANA, and minute taking.
About you
1. This position requires coverage of multiple evening shifts in a monthly roster.
2. Evidence of vaccination against, or the ability to be vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B.
3. TB screening to determine if tuberculosis vaccination is required.
4. Declaration of any serious discipline history.
5. Criminal history screening will be conducted for new employees (cost covered by GCH).

Salary
Permanent part-time (45.6 hours per fortnight). Base salary ranges from $38.81 to $43.16 per hour.
