Atlassian Solutions Specialist
The role involves working closely with business users, stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure and deliver Atlassian products that drive operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and configuring Atlassian products such as Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, Rovo and Bitbucket.
* Collaborating with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
* Implementing and configuring Atlassian products including workflows, automations, customisations, dashboards and integrations.
* Providing ongoing support, issue resolution and optimisation recommendations post-implementation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
* Hands-on experience in Jira Service Management (JSM) including solution design, implementation, configuration and workflow customisation.
* Experience with Atlassian Cloud Migration (Server or Data Center).
* Knowledge of security configuration and auditing.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
