Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional technical assistance to staff, students, and parents.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, engaging with users, and contributing to various IT projects.
* A strong understanding of networking and infrastructure, as well as experience with AV systems, including mixers and projectors, is highly desirable.
* Prior experience in customer service-oriented IT roles, along with excellent communication and empathy skills, is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of macOS and Windows platforms, as well as proficiency in supporting JAMF, Microsoft 365, Synergetic, and SEQTA tools.
