The Role
Our Talent Marketplace team is at the heart of Employment Hero's next chapter, helping businesses move away from manual processes and toward a modern, AI‐enhanced EmploymentOS.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the primary guide for our ANZ customers as they adopt our advanced recruiting software and "SmartMatch" capability. This is a high‐velocity, outcome‐driven, activation‐focused role where you'll ensure our users are getting the most out of our platform's capabilities. You will partner with existing clients to ensure these specific ATS and hiring modules are configured correctly and integrated into their daily business operations.
You will spend your day engaging with business owners and HR managers, showing them how to navigate our technology to streamline their talent workflows. You are the bridge that ensures a customer moves from having access to a tool to actually achieving a digital transformation in how they manage their hiring processes.
Your key focus areas will be:
* You will lead engaging, structured walkthroughs that help customers set up their recruitment software environment, ensuring their ATS settings and workflows are optimized for their specific business needs.
* Proactively engage with customers based on platform usage data, identifying those who have a current need for hiring tools but haven't yet integrated the modules into their daily digital routine.
* Act as a technical consultant, analyzing a customer's current manual processes and mapping those requirements directly to our software's features and AI‐driven matching capabilities to remove administrative friction.
* You will follow up with your customers to track their progress within the platform, ensuring they are successfully navigating the system and hitting their first software adoption milestones after your training.
* Serve as the eyes and ears of the ANZ market, gathering technical and user‐experience feedback to help our Product and Marketing teams refine the platform's interface and functionality for our local users.
* Maintain a high pace of activity and manage your own schedule to hit key product‐usage targets, while keeping our internal CRM systems like Salesforce updated with accurate usage insights.
Who you are

* 3+ years' experience in a high‐volume SaaS environment, specifically in Customer Success, Software Implementation, Sales or Digital Onboarding.

* Strong technical aptitude: You can quickly master new platform features—such as AI‐driven candidate matching or complex logic‐based ATS workflows—and explain them clearly to non‐technical users.
* Outcome‐driven mindset: You are motivated by seeing high adoption rates and helping businesses transition from manual spreadsheets to automated platform solutions.
* Independence: You are comfortable working autonomously in a remote‐first setting, taking initiative to drive user engagement across your assigned customer base.
