Role Description:
As the General Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales, marketing, and business development activities. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, ensuring the successful commercialisation of new products and
leading and growing Yumbah's sales & marketing team
. You will

challenging the status quo, fostering smart risk-taking, and creating an environment where innovation and momentum thrive. In this role you will be responsible for:
* Driving the execution of the sales strategy across the portfolio of product in all key markets and to develop and own the forward strategy for sales execution
* Ensuring an integrated sales management and leadership approach across the business and provide the "voice of the customer" to the operations teams to enable development of a market driven business
* Leading Joint Business Planning through the business with our customers to build customer equity, create switching costs and increase the value of product sold by identifying new trends and how Yumbah can respond to them;
* Ensuring market insights and forecasts are in place to enable supply chain development and precision farming to meet and exceed customer expectations and demand
* Ensuring the sales team is appropriately resourced and key accounts properly serviced with a business partnering approach internally and externally.
Qualifications:
* 10 plus years of proven track record in seafood Sales,& Marketing across global markets
* Expertise in product marketing, brand development, sales strategy development and market analysis
* Strong skills in team leadership, talent management, and cross-functional collaboration
* Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, client relationship management and leading joint customer business planning
* Analytical mindset and ability to use data insights for decision-making
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA preferred
