* Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments.
* Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life.
* Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners.

What You’ll Bring
* Hold a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (Provisional and Fully Registered).
* Full registration and membership with ASORC, APHRA or AASW.
* Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment.
* Have a current WWCC (Working With Children Check).
* Full Australian working rights.
* A driver’s licence and willingness to support clients across Melbourne.
