Our firm is seeking a dedicated professional to join its busy practice as a Debt Recovery and Civil Litigation Solicitor. This role involves handling cases independently, from initiating court proceedings to managing small claims and general division matters as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling debt recovery and civil litigation cases independently;
* Initiating court proceedings and representing clients in court;
* Managing small claims and general division matters;
* Providing expert advice on civil law matters to clients.
Requirements:
* Background in civil litigation and debt recovery matters (preferred but not required);
* Experience in a law firm is preferred with at least 1+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE);
* Ability to work independently;
* Strong commitment to meeting deadlines;
* Exceptional dedication to work;
* Direct, transparent, and honest communication style;
