About the Role
The classroom teacher plays a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student success. They are responsible for delivering curriculum-aligned lessons using a variety of effective teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. The teacher regularly assesses student progress, provides constructive feedback, and maintains accurate records. Strong communication and collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues are essential. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the teacher will also be involved in managing school sports activities. The role includes supporting school policies, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in ongoing professional learning. A proactive, student-centred approach, commitment to confidentiality, and active involvement in the wider school community are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
* NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
