The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who thrives in a boutique firm environment. You'll manage a portfolio of clients across individuals, trusts, and companies, with responsibilities including:
* Advising clients on business and tax matters
* Managing multi-entity structures and complex client needs
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to our supportive culture
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5+ years in public practice (Australia)
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with a client‐first mindset
* Experience with Xero Practice Manager, Tax & Accounting preferred
* Ability to work independently while being a team player
