As part of our field service team, you won't just be turning spanners – you'll be the front line of support for our customers. From diagnostics to major repairs, you'll bring CAT equipment back to life, wherever the job takes you – on site, in the paddock, or out in the bush.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your typical day will include:
* Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including; diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines
* Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customers
* Compiling and completing accurate reporting
* Working autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiency
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Liaising with our internal service and parts department
* Maintaining a William Adams service vehicle
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
* Qualified Diesel Technician with experience on Caterpillar machines (preferred)
* 2+ years experience working in a Field Service role (preferred)
* Have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge (great to have)
* A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic
* A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
* Hold a current Drivers and Light Rigid Licence (heavy vehicle licence is also highly regarded)
* Proven ability to be self-motivated and to work unsupervised
