About the Role
The Educator Passport Business Partner is a key member of our Professional Educator College team, accountable for working with external stakeholders to deliver courses to educators through independent registered training organisations (RTOs).
This multifaceted role combines project management, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, business development, and digital capability within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate new business opportunities through business development while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
* Provide excellence in customer service, delivering responsive solutions and services to our clients.
* Drive innovation and enhancement of our digital solutions informed by user experience.
Requirements
* Relevant degree and relevant post-graduate qualification and experience, or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience and expertise in technical or administrative fields.
* Project management experience, including technology acumen across a range of platforms.
* Experience in capability building, preferably in the VET sector, and excellent understanding of Educational Technology and Learning Management Systems.
* Vocational Education Training sector knowledge, including RTO requirements, and proven ability to develop strategies to increase revenue via commercial activities.
