Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Analysts to join our Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS)/Supportability engineering team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting investigations and analyses of source data to determine operating, maintenance, engineering, training, and support requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of source data to determine life cycle requirements.
* Perform ILS/IPS/Maintenance Engineering Analyst activities, including failure modes effect analysis, criticality analysis, reliability centred maintenance, task analysis, and level of repair analysis.
* Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain a positive culture.
* Provide recommendations to optimize equipment/system supportability and life cycle costs.
Ideal candidates will have experience in integrated logistics/product support, supportability/maintenance engineering analysis, or maritime technical fields. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop effective relationships are essential.
As a Maintenance Engineering Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation and sustainment of equipment and systems fitted to naval frigates. You will work closely with the Supportability Engineering Lead to provide recommendations and ensure the optimal performance of these systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to analyze technical data. Critical thinking skills, flexibility, and a drive to improve current processes and solve problems are highly regarded.
