About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Pet Care Specialist.

As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service by supporting the operations team and Area Managers in carrying out after pet care services. This includes carrying out the collection and transfer of pets between sites on a daily basis, delivering ashes in accordance with daily schedules, assisting the Area Managers and Cremation Team with lifting/unloading of pets as required, and ensuring coordination of cages and pet placement is carried out in accordance with company policy.

The ideal candidate should have valid driving licenses excellent verbal interpersonal abilities Exceptional customer focus orientation Multi tasking positive attitude under pressure.
