Early Childhood Educators - Cert 3 & Diploma

We are recruiting Cert 3 and Diploma Educators to join early learning centres in the Kalgoorlie-Goldfields region of Western Australia.
You'll be part of a team that values high-quality education, community connection, and child-centred care.
Responsibilities
Providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Collaborating with your team to design and implement learning programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining quality practices in line with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
What We're Looking For
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
At least 1 year experience
Currently living in or willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie, WA (relocation costs may be covered)
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
A team-focused, reflective, and committed approach to children's development
A valid Working with Children Check
Full working rights
Sponsorship opportunities post-probation (Diploma Educators only at this time; eligibility applies. Candidates MUST have 1 year remaining on their current VISA)
