* Proven experience in residential property management, with end‑to‑end portfolio knowledge, which provides you with a well‑rounded understanding and ability to train colleagues.
* Current WA Real Estate Registration.
* Strong working knowledge of property legislation and compliance.
* Confident and professional communicator.
* Warm, trustworthy, and relationship‑driven personality.
